The greatest trick the devil ever played was to convince the world he didn’t exist.

Elaine's avatar

The greatest trick played on the world is belief that the counterfeit church is the Catholic Church.

My beloved maternal grandmother would say this in Spanish to me when I was a child and teen.

Bishop Vicente de Paula Ferreira "Soggy Brain Synodalist" These are not Catholics .

Nothing that comes out of their mouths is anything Catholic...I have "Synodal Fatigue"

Mac Thompson's avatar

"The devil is imaginary"

Exactly what the devil, and a non-Catholic, would say.

Beware false teachers and false prophets...

Fr. Scott Bailey, C.Ss.R.'s avatar

He fell for Satan’s greatest lie. He has sold his soul to the devil with that statement and condemned himself to eternal damnation. Pray for his conversion and repentance.

RosaryKnight's avatar

I'm sure he sold his soul to the devil a long time ago. How else would he be made a false bishop in the false V2-Synodal church of darkness?

Kaylene Emery's avatar

My thoughts exactly Father . Like so many before him.

Amen

When you pray for him, pray for his conversion or his removal....

Since Ferreira accepts Liberation Theology, he is a Marxist. Since the true Catholic Church, which is NOT the SIN-odaily false church, has condemned Marxism, he is no longer Catholic which means he is no longer a bishop. I pray he repents for he is leading himself and others straight to hell.

Using such words as far-right, radical or fascist do actually carry some weight: in my view, they are symptoms of the growing persecution against faithful catholics, both from inside and outside enemies, and are little Bronze Stars or Achievement Medals for those who endure this kind of public shaming.

FDR's avatar

I bet he is a big, I mean big supporter of Jimmy Martin and the LGBTQRSTUV group.... How can men like this be made bishops? The Smoke of Satan within the Church has caught many a bishops who are his minions.

Karen's avatar

There is so many of them....it is so scary ....they are everywhere!!! Like The "Pod-People"

Before "Synodality/Modernism/Liberalism causes severe brain rot," it causes soul rot from the loss of supernatural grace.

Chesterton said, "Take away the supernatural, and what remains is the unnatural." And we know the unnatural is of the devil.

As Frank Wright calls it, "far-right" is one of the enemy's Voodoo Curses.

cairsahr_stjoseph's avatar

Yes. Without the truth, all they can is paint a false impression of "seething angry people who are dangerous for disagreeing with/opposing 'the narrative' ". The sophism is simple but effective, as making those who oppose the narrative seem to be "out of step with the common sense of common people" (sort of an appeal to democratic beliefs) when the opposite is true. How far are the goal-posts now ?

William Ridenour's avatar

This man is a fool. Misleading people even as he is misled.

RosaryKnight's avatar

Much more & worse than a fool. He is an agent of Satan, leading souls to hell along with himself.

And I'd be greatly surprised if he believes in Catholic sexual morality.

Stewart Davies's avatar

As a measure of how dire things have become, the ravings of this utterly deranged lunatic 'successor of the apostles' don't even surprise me any more.

[Verse 1]

God rest you merry, gentlemen… let nothing you dismay… remember Christ our Savior… was born on Christmas Day… to save us all from Satan's power… when we were gone astray

[Refrain]

O tidings of comfort and joy… comfort and joy… O tidings of comfort and joy

DON’T WORRY

“worry is prayer to the devil”

(who is real… by the way)

Elaine's avatar

Replace worry with prayers. Lots of them for the conversion of the deluded and brainwashed souls.

Monica's avatar

“far-right,” eh.... The giberrish of a mere synodal mortal doesn't affect me. I'm consecrated and devoted to St. Michael and I can't wait to start my St.Michael's Lent. Quis ut Deus?!

Papacito Dito's avatar

So if Satan is imaginary, who was Our Lord and Saviour talking to in Matthew 4? (1-11). Or all the times Satan is mentioned in both the Old and New Testaments... that's all metaphorical, is it?

He could even take a look at what the (JP II), Catechism says. (Paragraphs 391-393.)

The Synodal religion is - without question - NOT the Catholic religion.

Wendy K's avatar

Another bishop whose skull will decorate the road to hell. Won’t he be surprised?

How long will it be before Rome bans the ED low masses from reciting the Leonine prayers?

Maril Adrian's avatar

Ban away. We report to God, not Rome.

RosaryKnight's avatar

We would report to Rome if it weren't apostate Rome under false popes.

"Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the Antichrist. The Church will be in eclipse. The world will be in dismay." - Our Lady of La Salette, 1846

Venerable Anne Catherine Emmerich (1774-1824) had seen in her visions a “counterfeit church of darkness” occupying Rome at some time in the future, in an era when she also saw the priest facing the people when saying Mass.

"I saw again the new and odd looking church that they were trying to build. There was nothing holy about it. People did not receive the Body of our Lord but only bread. Then [Jesus]  said to me, 'This is Babel'."
